Business Development via Engaged Conversations

Business development is often viewed as something related to clients or prospects. The most successful, sought after, and rewarded business developers are those who can capture the imagination, inspire dreams and collaborate with their clients and communities to achieve new and inspired outcomes through engaged conversations. In this session, attendees will learn the critical communication skills required to secure projects and maintain good relationships with clients, colleagues, staff, and external networks. Ralph will share his experience working with architectural firms and provide examples of communication skills that have helped firms achieve high levels of success, profitability, and client satisfaction.
